I provide digital services including (but not limited to) web design, app development, graphic design, branding, and social media setup. Each project will be agreed upon in writing through a proposal, quotation, or contract.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Final deliverables will only be provided once full payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated in the Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and materials needed to complete the project.
Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure they have the rights or permissions for any content provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, code, and creative work remain the property of Richie Rax until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client.
I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

I aim to deliver services to a professional standard. However, I am not liable for:

Losses due to third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment gateways).
Issues arising from client misuse, alterations, or failure to maintain deliverables.

6. Privacy

Your data will be handled according to my Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
